Building Pediatric Ecosystems of Care @ online

Children with complex health and social needs and their families interact with multiple systems of care, including healthcare, social services, schools, foster care, and government programs. Communities across the country are building pediatric ecosystems of care to organize and encourage collaboration between these systems to better support the complex needs of children and their families.

This webinar will showcase two initiatives that are building pediatric ecosystems of care to address their community members’ complex needs. The presenters will introduce their programs and describe the challenges that they’ve experienced and the innovations that they’ve developed along the way. The webinar will also provide an overview of what the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs and the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health are doing to build ecosystems of care around the country. The webinar will feature Rhonda Sparr-Perkins of Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego , Holly Henry of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health , and Michael Harris and Rachel Bensen of Novel Interventions in Children’s Healthcare (NICH).
