WA State Community Connectors Outpatient Workgroup Community Survey – Community Input Wanted

The WSCC Outpatient Workgroup is collecting information on the outpatient services provided in WA State and hope you can take a few minutes to complete this survey. Whether you are currently parenting a youth (youth in this survey = any minor child) in behavioral health services or have parented one, we want to hear from you! If you are a youth receiving services or have received services, we also want to have your voice represented 🙂 Our system partners with lived experience are also asked to share their voice. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences.
